Tickets are not on sale and will not be. This event exists to make a point about who is allowed to hold one, and selling a seat to it would be a different thing entirely.

The day.

The shape is fixed. Four of the eight talks have a name against them; the other four are open, one in each theme.

Getting there.

Barbican Centre, Silk Street, Barbican, London EC2Y 8DS.

Nearest stations

Barbican and Moorgate are both a few minutes on foot. Liverpool Street and Farringdon put you on the Elizabeth line.

Getting in

The Barbican is famously difficult to navigate. Follow the yellow line on the pavement from Barbican station and do not trust your phone.

Staying over

The Friday date is deliberate. Most people travelling in stay Thursday night and make a weekend of it.

There is one other date.

MTSFest Philadelphia, Thursday 1 October 2026, at The Rittenhouse.
